Customer Care Specialist

Position Overview Do you enjoy helping people, answering questions, and making sure important details are handled with care? We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide personalized assistance to travelers throughout the vacation planning process. You'll help clients understand their options, coordinate requested travel services, keep reservations organized, and provide timely support as their departure approaches. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. We provide structured training, supplier education, ongoing mentorship, and resources to help you develop the knowledge and confidence needed for the position.
