Seeking a Texas Licensed Personal Trainer, the part-time remote position will deliver evidence-based strength training, coach members with confidence, and build strong relationships to enhance client retention and referrals. Key responsibilities Deliver precise, evidence-based strength training to clients Coach members clearly and confidently during workouts Build strong relationships that lead to client retention and referrals Required qualifications Must possess a Texas Personal Trainer certification or be willing to obtain one through in-house training Ability to connect easily and authentically with clients Motivation to achieve sales goals while maintaining strong relationships Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve Demonstrated ownership and pride in work responsibilities
