Pete's RV Center is seeking an organized, customer-focused Pete's RV Center is seeking an organized, customer-focused Internal Service Advisor to join our team at our Chesapeake, VA dealership. This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales and service departments by coordinating repairs, managing internal service work orders, and ensuring exceptional communication between technicians, parts, and customers. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between the sales, service, parts, and technician teams. Create, manage, and maintain accurate service work orders. Schedule repairs and coordinate technician workflow. Prepare repair estimates and communicate costs and timelines effectively. Work closely with technicians to understand repair needs and ensure parts availability. Code jobs accurately and maintain complete documentation in the Dealer Management System (DMS). Verify completed work and ensure final invoices accurately reflect services performed. Follow through to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time. Maintain an exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Assist customers with parts, accessories, and over-the-counter purchases. Process and track parts orders as needed. Draft correspondence, reports, and other service-related documentation. Provide administrative support, including data entry, recordkeeping, inventory counts, and other clerical duties. Assist managers with cycle counts and annual inventory. Ensure compliance with all company safety and quality standards. Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions. Perform additional duties as needed to support the service department and dealership. Requirements Previous experience in a service advisor, service writer, or dealership support role is preferred. Working knowledge of technician work orders and repair processes. RV, automotive, or powersports service experience is a plus. Knowledge of RV parts and service operations is preferred. Strong computer skills and experience using dealership management software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive, team-oriented attitude. Clean driving record. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
