Schedule Night shift from 20:00 to 06:30, with every other weekend required.

Job Description We are seeking a Bed Placement RN Coordinator for our Admit / Transfer Center. This role requires working collaboratively to manage bed placements, transfers, and admissions at a Level II Trauma Center.

Responsibilities Coordinate bed placements and transfers. Manage transfers to higher levels of care as needed. Work with house supervisors to ensure effective facility operations. Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments. Handle intake and bed control processes efficiently.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have a valid RN license in the state. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a House Supervisor or in a Transfer Center role. Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic. Strong skills in crisis intervention, management, and emergency preparedness. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
