This position reports to the Production Supervisor, and is based in Franklin, NH.2nd Shift Hours - 2:30PM - 11:00pm with overtime per business need.Primary Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow prescribed A.T.I.'s (Assemble test instructions) in order to maintain excellent quality standards.Test and/or package valves and components in individual boxes and into master cartons, marking same with the proper identification labels and instructional materials.Completion of recaps, production records, and quality control documents.Continuous repetitive assembling of valves and/or sub parts.Perform routine housekeeping to ensure area operates within parameters that conform to environmental and safety standards.Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Production Supervisor or Company management.Travel Requirements: N/ARequired QualificationsManual dexterityDetail-orientedUnderstanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read and write EnglishGeneral Applicable Company CompetenciesCommitment to Watts' values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.Punctuality and dependability.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.Adherence to Watts' seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.Working Conditions:While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Franklin location in Franklin, NH.
