The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential along with a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!
We are looking for a provider to join our team at the Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH, either on a part-time or full-time basis (24-40 hours weekly). This role is open to both nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and we encourage new graduates to apply.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $58 to $62, plus participation in our incentive compensation bonus program with no cap on earnings.

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Responsibilities include providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, in partnership with other medical professionals. The Advanced Practice Provider will work closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. For Nurse Practitioners, certification is required from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA and pass the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Some benefits, including health plans, may not be available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Hourly wage: USD $58.00 - USD $62.00
