Position Overview: The Psychiatrist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and a passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients with a range of mental health conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and primary care providers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide follow-up care and crisis intervention as necessary. Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings, and professional development activities. Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) and completed residency in Psychiatry. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Active, unrestricted medical license in [State or Region]. DEA license with authorization to prescribe psychiatric medications. Experience with electronic medical records "AdvancedMD" (EMRs) preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
