Ready Mix Performance Improvement Lead — Western US

Staker & Parson Companies

CRH Americas Materials is seeking a Ready Mix Performance Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives across western US operations. You will drive performance assessments, cost leadership, and margin improvement through data-driven optimization and strong teaming with the commercial group. The role requires 5+ years in ready mix, hands-on plant experience, and the ability to coach and mentor site leaders while implementing practical improvements.
