Employment Attorney

Job Summary

Are you a proactive, growth-oriented attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of employees and protecting workplace rights? We are seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join an expanding legal practice focused on representing employees in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.

This is an exciting opportunity to help establish and grow a presence in the Phoenix market while building a long-term career within a nationally recognized and rapidly growing law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support case evaluations, legal strategy development, and legal research.

• Draft and manage complaints, discovery requests, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence.

• Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.

• Work directly with clients to understand their experiences, objectives, and legal concerns.

• Assist in preparing cases for hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial.

• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and intake professionals.

• Develop legal strategies aimed at achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

• Perform additional duties that contribute to successful case management and client representation.

Qualifications

Required

1. Active license to practice law in Arizona.

2. Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or employment law.

3. Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

4. Strong interpersonal and client communication abilities.

5. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.

6. Organized, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.

Preferred

• Prior experience in employment law.

• Experience representing employees in workplace-related disputes.

• Passion for advancing workplace justice and protecting employee rights.

$90,000 - $150,000 a year
