You'll sit directly with the founders, own the operational layer that keeps everything running, and drive the cross-functional work that doesn't fit neatly into any one function. This is a high-trust, high-leverage role. You'll have visibility into everything and ownership of things that matter: strategic planning, investor relations, hiring, internal communications, and the GTM systems that drive revenue.
