Pay Rate: $35–$50 per flagged hour

About Meineke

Meineke is seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician in Kyle, TX who wants to focus on diagnosing and repairing cars—not ordering parts, writing estimates, or handling service advising duties .

You'll have a weekly pay guarantee, productivity incentives, and ongoing training while working on domestic and import vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
• Maintain and repair domestic and import vehicles
• Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Handle assigned repairs from start to finish
• Maintain flat-rate productivity and quality workmanship
• Work with the service team to keep jobs moving efficiently

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level or strong B-Level automotive technician skill set
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity
• Experience with domestic and import vehicles
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Tekmetric experience is a plus
