Role Description The Leasing Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hollywood, FL. This position is responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, including conducting property tours, explaining community features, and addressing questions in a professional and courteous manner. The Leasing Advisor will manage lease applications, prepare and review lease documents, and ensure accurate and timely completion of all leasing-related paperwork. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with leads, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available units and pricing, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote the community. The role also involves collaborating with property management staff to support resident retention, uphold community standards, and contribute to an excellent resident experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building positive resident relationships and delivering a high-quality experience. Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to present information, answer questions, and interact effectively in person, by phone, and in writing. Experience or familiarity with Lease Administration, including reviewing lease agreements, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records. Sales skills with the ability to convert leads into leases, conduct effective tours, and confidently discuss pricing, promotions, and community features. Knowledge or interest in Real Estate, multi-family housing, or property management, with willingness to learn market trends and community-specific details. Ability to work on-site in Hollywood, FL, including weekends or evenings as needed, and to collaborate with a diverse property management team. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, leasing, or property management are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
