WillisCC is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers & psychologists to join our expanding team. LISW-CP, LPC // LPCS, LMFT // LMFTS & Licensed Psychologists are welcome to apply. This position will include some shifts/hours being available via video telehealth and some hours in person on site at our studios. We are eager to find clinicians who are looking for a place to grow & develop in a supportive environment that is dedicated to evidenced-based treatment modalities. Responsibilities Provide all behavioral health services to a clinically diverse, "working-well" client population & their families/significant others. Conduct individual/family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, groups & evidenced-based skills training for primary care clients. Participate in weekly group consultations, trainings, staff development & collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create new clinical programming. Qualifications Active license as LISW-CP, LPC // LPCS, LMFT // LMFTS, or Licensed Psychologist. Experience or interest in evidence-based treatment modalities.
