Senior Graphic DesignerWe're seeking a highly talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead cross-functional creative teams in delivering high-quality design deliverables for luxury B2B and B2C initiatives. This role combines hands-on design expertise with strategic leadership.Essential Functions:Hands-on graphic design using Adobe products for print, digital, social, and web applicationsManage creative projects from concept to completion, leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring timely executionDevelop visual concepts, storyboards, UX/UI wireframes, and brand guidelinesEnsure brand consistency and present creative concepts to stakeholdersManage vendor relationships and collaborate with other teamsSkills Required:Solid foundation in design principles (typography, layout, color theory)Expert-level Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Intermediate technical skills in After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro a plusFigma proficiency requiredExceptional communication and writing skillsExperience leading multi-disciplinary projects and mentoring creativesForward-thinking mindset and strong organizational skillsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, required!8+ years of professional design experience with 4+ years of project management experienceStrong graphic design portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital, UX/UI, and campaign workWork Environment:Professional office environment with occasional international travel (around 5% of the time)We're looking for a well-rounded, collaborative creative who is willing to adapt to changing priorities.This is a full-time position, onsite position in the Evanston, IL area.
