• Schedule:
• Flexible based on provider availability; client will utilize as much support as available
  • Ultrasound: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Clinic: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Administrative Time: 7:00-7:30 AM and 3:30-4:00 PM
• Credentialing: 60 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible acceptable
• Licensure: Actove California Preferred
