JD:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies.
Proven experience designing and architecting solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
Experience with cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging .NET and Azure technologies.
Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on the Azure platform.
Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the implementation and deployment of .NET Azure solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations to ensure the reliability and efficiency of developed solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in .NET and Azure technologies and recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
