Available Hours: Part or Full Time, 12-Hour Shifts, 7am-7pm Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Location: Forest Park, IL

Experience: Trach & Vent Experience Required, Critical Care Experience Preferred

Premium Weekend Pay: $45/Hour for Licensed Practical Nurses on Fridays thru Sundays

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

Perform care as defined by clients individual Plan of Care and within scope of states nurse practice act.
Monitor patients condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements

Nurse Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
Home Health Experience Preferred
Experience with Tracheostomy and G-Tube Clients
Minimum 1 year critical care nursing experience.
Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
Reliable car / auto insurance.
Clean background and criminal record.
