We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Director of Professional Services opportunity. The Director of Professional Services is responsible to oversee the clinical aspects of the agency, to supervise all field staff, to assure compliance to all regulatory agencies and accreditation standards, and to manage the office in the absence of the Administrator.Location: Orlando, Florida (Some Travel To Melbourne and Brevard)Duties:Directs and coordinates all clinical services, and ensures full regulatory complianceDirects all clinical services related to the interdisciplinary team and insures that interdisciplinary care is providedAssists with recruiting, employing, assigning, supervising, evaluating, and terminating clinical staffDirects staff in performance of their duties including admission, discharge, transfer, recertification and provision of services to patientsQualifications:FL RN LicenseAt least two (2) years of supervisory/management experienceExperienced in Medicare Home Health and experience with OASIS reviewStrong knowledge of state, federal and accreditation regulations, as it pertain to Medicare Home HealthSalary:Competitive SalaryMileage ReimbursementM-F Schedule401k/PTOExcellent Benefits Package Hiring Immediately!
