Location: New York, NY Work Arrangement: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional affordable housing experience to support complex deals and supervise deal team members. The ideal candidate will have experience representing owners/developers of affordable housing and will have played key roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions. What You'll Do Support in "running a deal" and supervising deal team members Represent owners/developers in complex property acquisitions and dispositions Work on joint ventures and development deals Support financing transactions Draft and edit transactional documents Required Qualifications 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional affordable housing experience Experience representing owners/developers of affordable housing Key roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions Excellent academic credentials Strong communication and collaboration skills Confident drafting and editing abilities Commitment to excellence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation $190K–$260K, commensurate with experience Benefits Competitive healthcare options, 401(k) match, backup family care, 20 days paid time off, 11 holidays, weekly training sessions, and firm-sponsored lunches Tuesday-Thursday Culture & Values Cohen Liuzzo PLLC fosters a supportive, people-first environment with an open door culture.
