Job Summary (Product Designer)
- Design intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications to solve business challenges.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to translate ideas and feedback into impactful product solutions.
- Work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Tackle both complex strategic initiatives and iterative enhancements to improve user experience.
- Apply user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture in all projects.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, user flows, and design systems.
- Utilize design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Ensure strong visual design with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Participate in Agile product development processes.
- Maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing digital products from concept through implementation.
- Require at least 2 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related fields.
- Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.
