Key Responsibilities Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences; handle guest concerns professionally. Attention to Detail: Accurately take and deliver orders; maintain clean and organized dining spaces. Multitasking and Time Management: Manage multiple tables or tasks while keeping guests satisfied; upsell menu items to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue. Teamwork: Work well with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management; maintain uniform and grooming standards. Basic Math and POS Experience: Competent in handling payments, processing bills, and using point-of-sale systems. Culinary Skills: Prepare meals to order, follow recipes, maintain consistent quality and presentation. Food Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards; maintain portion sizes and presentation consistency. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in food service is advantageous. Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating seamlessly with team members.
