Marketing Project Manager

Senior Project ManagerCurrently backfilling a role that someone left. The Senior Project Manager (SR PM) will be 50/50 between two initiatives. One initiative she knows, the other one she doesn’t know too much detail on it. They would report to Billie.One she doesn’t know, support investment content group, they write content for ‘white papers’, different components we can use in sales pitches. They’re bringing on a vendor that will help assist and they will help manage the work. Not a tech heavy project. Thought leadership for retirement industry, what are the products doing in relation to the market.Supporting lead management program. They want to develop capabilities, there isn’t one right now, they want to build out some technical components but they have to use Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, pulling and pushing info. Process development, business by-in. A lot of business work required but they would need to help push that info to the business side.Standard PM background, SR level. A lot of influencing with other tech teams to make sure their requirements stay on their backlogs. Financial industry is a plus. Experience in sales and marketing PM, more so on the marketing side. The change management, business communications role outs. Speaking to business not tech language.Aiming for Baltimore but could flex for a rockstar. PMP is nice to have. Experience in change management, less highly technical projects don’t need system implementation/testing. This isn’t the environment, they need to understand business concepts.
