Assistant Manager, Store/Kiosk

Located in Beckley, WV (Cranberry Creek), the Assistant Store Manager will lead retail operations, oversee store performance, and drive exceptional customer experiences. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help ensure AT&T customers enjoy best‑in‑class services, entertainment, and technology. Key Responsibilities Partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations, including merchandising, product launches, and sales objectives. Drive outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed. Coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, providing leadership and problem‑solving across all store functions. Qualifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry Prior management experience Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls Strategic perspective and ability to champion change Inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues Taking initiative and striving to create results Compensation and Benefits Base salary $42,800‑$64,200 plus $18,000+ commission (if all sales goals are met).
