Restaurant Manager: Delivery -Take Out (National Pizza Chain)

$22 - $26 per hour

Job Description

National Pizza Chain is seeking an experienced Store Manager who is used to working hands-on training staff, overseeing daily operations, hiring and scheduling staff, ensuring food quality, controlling inventory, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability. Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $22-$26/hr based on experience
Schedule: 5 day a week schedule

Responsibilities:

Hiring Staff, training & developing staff, scheduling & working hands-on, driving financial performance
Daily Operations Management
Inventory and Supply Management
Financial Oversight: track sales, manage budgets, etc.
Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies
Ability to work weekends, 5 days/week & 42-47 hrs/week

Requirements:

At least 2 years of verifiable work history in similar role (restaurant operations) in high volume environments
Financial literacy
Excellent customer service
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to adapt and multi-task in fast-paced environment

Benefits :

50% of Major Medical paid. Available after 90 days
Vacation Pay- available after 1 year
20 hrs of sick pay accrued per year beginning after 90 days
