Join us for the adventure of a lifetime.What You Will DoWork to implement and improve novel deep generative modeling, deep audio modeling, deep and traditional computer vision algorithms pushing the boundaries of digital human technologiesWork closely with product teams to optimize and transfer technology for real-time application in resource-constrained settingsCollaborate with researchers and engineers from other domains on the digital human platform team (e.g. 3D graphics, cloud infrastructure) to develop and deploy end-to-end systems democratizing digital humans at world scaleYou Will Bring3+ years of hands-on experience implementing machine learning and deep learning algorithms and systemsExperience collaborating with research teams to drive cutting-edge research from prototype to productionExperience prepping and training with custom datasets.Experience training models with large datasetsExtensive knowledge of neural networksExtensive experience carrying out large-scale neural architecture and hyperparameter searchesExperience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorchComfortable operating with on-prem or custom machine learning infrastructureExperience optimizing GPU-based machine learning for real-time applications and resource-constrained devicesM.S. in relevant technical fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience deploying distributed systems at scale (hundreds to thousands of nodes)Experience with the 3D graphics pipelineExperience developing and deploying real-time, multi-threaded software in C++ or similarExperience with CUDAPh.D. in relevant technical fieldWhy Join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you’ll have an outstanding opportunity. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Ericsson's 401(k) plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and up to a 4% company match, leading to a maximum company contribution of 7% annually. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.Your Time:Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided up to 40 days of paid time off per year, including 15 days of accrued annual vacation, 3 personal days, 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days, and 1 volunteer day. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Those with additional vacation time at the end of the year may sell one week of vacation, equal to a week of pay.
