• Monday to Monday coverage block.

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient, adult patient population.

Practice Setting

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient, adult patient population.
• 220 bed hospital, Trauma Level III.
• Average 12 inpatients per day, plus 2 to 4 clinic visits per day for hospital follow ups on weekday afternoons.
• Support includes EEG techs Monday through Friday days, plus Sevaro Neuro Telehealth providing 24/7 acute and stroke coverage.

Schedule

• Monday to Monday coverage block.
• 24 hour call coverage required.

Cases and Procedures

• Stroke thrombolytic therapy.
• EEG and EMG.
• Brain death exams, lumbar puncture, subdural taps.
• Spinal, paraspinal, epidural blocks.

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO.
• Neurology board certified, or board eligible within 5 years.
• Indiana medical license required, will not wait for license.
• BLS required.
