Challenger 300 Captain – Part 91/135 Operations 15 On / 13 Off Rotation | Commuting Position | Full-Time M&N Aviation is seeking an experienced and professional Challenger 300 Captain to join our growing flight department. This position operates under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations and offers an exceptional quality of life with a 15 days on / 13 days off rotation , allowing pilots to commute from their home base. We are looking for a safety-focused aviator with significant Challenger 300 experience who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to aircraft owners and passengers. Position Summary The Challenger 300 Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and client service standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to operate in a dynamic charter and corporate aviation environment.
