Personalized Care: Drivenbyconnection and commitment Competitive Pay: $18-$18.50/hour+ credit for experience Flexible Schedule: This position has full time day shifts and part time evening shifts available | Weekend and holiday rotation required Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as our residents What You'll Do: Provide hands-on assistance with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment while encouraging resident dignity, choice, and independence Observe residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and share updates with nursing staff and the care team Offer additional support to residents with higher care needs, using patience and compassion to promote engagement, comfort, and emotional well-being Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Must speak fluent English Must be compassionate and eager to learn!
