Job Description
The Automotive and Heavy Truck Parts Salesperson plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and expert knowledge about parts to support vehicle maintenance and repair. This position is responsible for managing parts sales, accurately processing orders, and building strong customer relationships to drive business success in the automotive and heavy truck industry.
Responsibilities
- Sell automotive and heavy truck parts to customers efficiently and accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Process orders promptly and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Provide pricing and quoting information clearly and accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Upsell additional relevant parts and products to enhance sales
- Verify parts before sale to ensure accuracy and quality
- Utilize computer systems to look up parts and other relevant information
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in automotive and heavy truck parts sales
