Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Balance Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated full-time Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient practice in Beachwood, Ohio.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-informed treatment based on each patient’s condition, goals, and functional needs
• Educate patients and families about treatment, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team
• Work collaboratively with therapists, assistants, and support staff
• Help patients make meaningful progress toward greater independence and quality of life
• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Ohio licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• New graduates and experienced physical therapists are encouraged to apply
