Customer Service Rep: I

• At least 6 months to 1 year of call center customer service experience; healthcare or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume call environment with knowledge of dialers preferred.
• Dependable with a focus on providing accurate and timely solutions.
• On-site work required.
