Transportation Analyst I Entry-level position responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Thatcher Transportation. Works under close supervision to process freight invoices/BOLs, maintain records, and assist with basic transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Job Duties & Responsibilities Communicate with carriers to confirm dates, deliveries, and receive invoices and BOLs. Support TT and accounting with order discrepancies or invoice issues. Assist in maintaining accurate records in the ERP or purchasing system. Perform basic data entry and reporting related to Freight activity. Follow all company safety and purchasing policies and procedures. Experience High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years' experience in a Transportation Environment and/or bachelor's degree with 0 years' experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic understanding of transportation/freight delivery processes. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications No prior experience required, just preferred; on-the-job training provided. Work Environment Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to operate material handling equipment safely. Exposure to warehouse and production environments, including chemicals and noise Required use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, respirator as applicable).
