Dietary Manager

Dietary Manager We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our skilled nursing facility. This role is essential in ensuring our residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining compliance with all dietary regulations and standards. What we offer:

- Oversee daily operations of the dietary department
- Plan, develop, and manage menus that meet residents' nutritional needs and physician orders
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
- Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, and meal service
- Maintain proper sanitation, safety, and infection control standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care
- Previous experience in dietary services, preferably in long-term care or healthcare
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and regulatory standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification preferred
