Class A CDL with X Endorsement Run 21 Home 7 Earn $85-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience that is no problem since training is offered. You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat at time of application to qualify. Compensation & Benefits First year pay ranges from $85‑106K with drivers starting at $300.30/Day, increasing $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If you are willing to train new hires in cryogenics then you will earn another $100/Day. Training is “shadow” training meaning that you will run your truck while your trainer runs theirs; drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Drivers are assigned their truck (all trucks are 579 Petes with automatic) and there is no slip seating. Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, great medical, and 401(k) with matching. Driver will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to run in all 48 states; drivers are not allowed to opt out of any region. When it is time to go home for your 7‑day break, the company will pay for your flight home and back. If you are within 200 miles of home, you will drive home. Drivers are out 21 days and home a max of 7 days. Drivers can stay home less than 7 days and may stay out longer than 21, but the max home time per stay is 7 days unless the driver takes allotted vacation. If you are not willing to fly then we will not be able to bring you on. Drivers with any felonies are ineligible for hire. Drivers who have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test (regardless of whether they have completed SAP) are not eligible. Requirements Must have at least one year OTR or Regional driving in the last three years. Must have your X endorsement (tanker or hazmat). Relatively clean MVR.
