Sr. Product Manager - Data and AI agents

Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Data and AI agents Location: Palo Alto, California, USA (hybrid, onsite two days a week) Employment Type: Full-Time | Product Management Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in building and launching data‑driven AI products—especially those that utilize both structured and unstructured data. In this role, you will drive the product vision for Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud, collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, intelligent data products that fuel AI agents. Key Responsibilities: Execute the roadmap for data and AI‑enablement products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. Champion AI‑native thinking in product design, testing, and iteration. Drive partnership and product execution with Data and AI ecosystem players. Lead data‑readiness products that allow customers to leverage ETL, RAG, and fine‑tuning with proprietary data for AI agents. Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to optimize data pipelines for model training and real‑time inference. Define user journeys and create user‑experience visions for UI and front‑end engineering teams. Deeply understand enterprise customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. Work closely with customers and customer success teams to ensure adoption and satisfaction. Scope features with customer needs and business value in mind. Over‑communicate and resolve cross‑functional dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of products. Communicate the product vision and influence stakeholders without authority to rally support. Translate customer needs into execution with world‑class user experience. Qualifications: Strong customer empathy and a record of internalizing customer feedback to drive product development with engineering. Proven success in shipping data products, especially those handling structured and unstructured data. Experience building data readiness systems for AI pipelines. Experience building AI and agentic platforms/products. Ability to drive alignment across technical and non‑technical teams, balancing long‑term vision with near‑term deliverables. Savvy in using AI tools to communicate product management vision and execution. 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on AI or data‑centric platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
