Inventory Coordinator

Inventory Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to support inventory operations, logistics coordination, and material tracking across field and operational teams.In this role, you will act as a key connection point between field operations, logistics, procurement, and repair teams, ensuring materials and equipment are accurately tracked, distributed, and maintained throughout their lifecycle. Your work will directly support field repairs, refurbishment activities, production builds, and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound material movements for field repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, and operational buildsWork closely with logistics teams to ensure accurate routing and timely delivery of materialsCommunicate material usage, inventory status, and disposition requirementsRequest production orders and support operational material allocation changesCoordinate material transfers between repair stations, hubs, and field locationsManage material disposition and inventory handling processesMaintain and update inventory and material records in internal inventory management systemsMonitor inventory dashboards and initiate corrective actions when discrepancies are identifiedUpdate systems to reflect material movement between repair stations, hubs, and field operationsReview inventory minimum and maximum stock levels to support regional operational requirementsAssist with troubleshooting and resolving inventory system-related issuesEnsure inventory data accuracy and operational complianceCoordinate material distribution requests from operational and project teamsWork with procurement teams to support production builds and supply requestsSupport creation and maintenance of BOM (Bill of Materials) configurations for project-specific requirementsMaintain operational checklists and collaborate with teams on packaging and equipment handling improvementsReview process documentation and communicate workflow updates to relevant stakeholdersManage equipment inventory and support spare parts forecasting activitiesMonitor inventory availability across hubs, service centers, and field locationsEscalate projected shortages and support inventory planning activitiesAssist logistics teams with cycle counts and inventory auditsSupport bi-annual and annual physical inventory counts across operational facilities and partner locationsThe role requires a strong understanding of inventory classification and material usage, including:Field replaceable units (FRUs)Sensor platform equipmentProduction and repair componentsRaw materials and prototyping assetsExpense and operational inventory itemsThird-party equipment used alongside operational assetsQualifications High School Diploma or equivalent requiredDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in inventory coordination, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operationsExperience working with inventory management systems and operational tracking tools preferredPreferred Skills Strong organizational and inventory management skillsExperience with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP experience preferred)Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyEffective communication and coordination skillsProficiency with spreadsheets and reporting toolsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsWork Environment Combination of office, warehouse, and operational support activitiesMay require coordination across multiple locations and time-sensitive operational requestsFlexibility to support changing operational priorities when needed
