# Loan Servicing SpecialistCorporate Office- Houston - Houston, TX 77057## DescriptionWe are seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to join our Loan Servicing Department in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for supporting the ongoing servicing of loan accounts, maintaining accurate loan information, processing account activity, and assisting borrowers with servicing-related questions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing accurate and timely service.### Key Responsibilities* Maintain and update borrower and loan information within company systems* Review loan accounts to ensure information, balances, and documentation are accurate* Process and post payments, adjustments, fees, and other loan-related transactions* Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues* Respond to borrower questions regarding payments, balances, statements, and account information* Review and process servicing-related requests and documentation* Monitor loan accounts for outstanding items and follow up as needed* Assist with payoff statements, payment histories, account statements, and other servicing documents* Maintain accurate electronic loan files and supporting documentation* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve loan or borrower account issues* Ensure servicing activities are completed accurately and within established deadlines* Follow company procedures and applicable loan servicing requirements* Assist with reporting, audits, and special projects as needed### Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred* Previous experience in **loan servicing, mortgage lending, banking, real estate, or financial services** preferred* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Strong organizational and time-management skills* Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and multiple deadlines* Strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
