Account Manager

ARK Staffing Solutions, one of the fastest growing companies in the Greater Milwaukee Metro area, is expanding and seeking to add an account manager to our team. ARK Staffing Solutions is a healthcare staffing company that only provides quality and trusted 1099 clinicians for our clients’ staffing needs. The Account Manager (AM) plays a critical role in managing client relationships, conducting clinician recruitment, and ensuring our clients that we schedule our providers accurately at their sites of need. The AM must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The AM will be a highly motivated person who believes in providing exceptional customer service. The AM is expected to demonstrate strong teamwork skills and collaborate effectively with a world‑class team. The AM will immediately learn how ARK Staffing recruits and manages our 1099 clinicians and how we are experts in our industry. Our Radiology and Anesthesia MD and CRNA client base is growing, and we need additional recruitment and account manager support for both the existing book of business and growing book of business. The AM will learn from our VP of Clinician Recruitment all aspects of the business, both culture, mission and identity of our company and how we operate in the space of healthcare recruitment. The AM will also have additional mentorship from existing AM’s within the company. We have a 12‑month immersion and training program that has a repeatable success process. ARK Staffing has over 30 active employees that help manage and coordinate thousands of healthcare professionals across the United States. This position requires the account manager to work in the offices of our AM team in Muskego, WI. The first three to six months will be in‑person training, mentoring and working on existing accounts with our team. The position in the future will allow for two days a week of hybrid remote work.
