What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
• Manage IV starts and monitor telemetry equipment
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
• Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
• Participate in unit-specific procedures and patient education

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of acute-care RN experience in medical-surgical units
• IV start skills and Epic experience preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and float across units
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
