Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, among others.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s health are considered.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical records and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health care by attending workshops, webinars, and other professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a variety of individuals including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, addressing a spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to build rapport and adapt your therapeutic approach will be essential in meeting their needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Have at least two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting.

• Exhibit strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate trusting relationships with clients.

• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and patient management software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent upon caseload and experience. In addition to monetary compensation, you will receive comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
