Hall Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager This is an opportunity to manage Heavy Mass Grading and Underground Storm/Utility projects while collaborating with owners, engineers, and internal teams to ensure efficiency, profitability, and on‑time project completion. What You’ll Do: Project Planning & Execution Develop job schedules, work orders, and budgets using estimator information. Provide detailed job scopes, schedules, and budgets to field supervisors before the start of each project. Conduct weekly reviews with the general superintendent and supervisors to assess progress and ensure alignment with project goals. Present weekly progress reports on all active jobs. Change Management & Documentation Maintain full responsibility for tracking and documenting change orders, submittals, work order modifications, and contract changes . Obtain client approval for all change orders before work begins and ensure all documentation is submitted within the prescribed timeframe. Prepare timely pay requests for each project and submit them to the Division Manager/President for review 24 hours before they are due . Participate in monthly financial reviews , including cost variance reports, WIP reports, and profitability assessments. Collaborate with estimators during the bid process, providing input and reviewing estimates before proposal submission. Communication & Coordination Act as the primary liaison between the owner, engineers, and Jon M. Hall Company personnel . Ensure clear, consistent communication to align project expectations and resolve any conflicts. Oversee project completion, including final retainage requests, punch list resolution, and as‑built documentation . Why Choose Jon M. Hall Company? What You Bring to the Team: Qualifications: Experience : Proven track record in construction project management with experience in Heavy Mass Grading and Underground Storm/Utility work . Strong Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and financial aspects simultaneously. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with project estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting. Communication & Leadership : Ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, project teams, and field supervisors . Attention to Detail : Strong ability to document and track project changes, costs, and approvals. Physical Requirements: Strength & Stamina : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb on and off equipment, and work outdoors in all conditions. Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred.
