The unit is designed with all private rooms for a quieter, calming experience in a true healing environment. Our ED is fully equipped to care for all medical and surgical emergencies, for patients of all ages. 2025 recipient of the Emergency Nurses Association’s Lantern Award Schedule & Shift Full-time, Three (3) 12-hour shifts Nights, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (with weekend rotation) Primary Job Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record. What You'll Need To Succeed Associate of Science degree in Nursing Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse One (1) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse (Emergency Room experience preferred) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Physical Requirements Physical Requirements - Pay Range $31.53 - $52.24 This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances. #J-18808-Ljbffr AdventHealth
