Position Overview

We are seeking Fabricators of all experience levels , from Junior Fabricators to Master Fabricators, to join a growing fabrication team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for reading blueprints, fabricating components and assemblies, performing fit-up operations, and completing welding tasks as qualified while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Pay will be based on experience, skill level, welding ability, and demonstrated fabrication expertise.

Required Experience & Skills
• 1+ years of fabrication experience preferred; advanced opportunities available for highly skilled fabricators
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, travelers, and work instructions
• Experience with measuring tools, layout work, and fabrication processes
• Welding experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
• Leadership and mentoring experience preferred for senior-level candidates

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, travelers, and work instructions
• Perform measuring, layout, cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication tasks
• Build assemblies and fabricated components according to specifications
• Perform welding operations as qualified and assigned
• Operate fabrication equipment and shop tools safely and efficiently
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Protect raw materials and finished products from damage or contamination
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
• Troubleshoot fitment and fabrication issues based on experience level
• Assist with training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced fabrication and fitting experience
• Experience working in manufacturing, structural steel, or custom fabrication environments
• Blueprint reading and layout expertise
• Welding certifications or formal fabrication training
• Experience mentoring junior fabricators or leading projects

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Ability to work around cranes, forklifts, welding equipment, and moving materials
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in industrial manufacturing environments

• Manufacturing and fabrication facility
• Exposure to heat, sparks, dust, fumes, and industrial equipment
• Fast-paced production environment focused on quality and efficiency
• PPE required, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and welding PPE as required
