Buck & Rider is coming to Naples - and we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the way.

Hi Noon Hospitality is bringing its celebrated Buck & Rider seafood and steak concept to Naples, Florida. Hi Noon Hospitality is the parent company behind acclaimed concepts including Buck & Rider, Ingo’s Tasty Food, and the highly anticipated Pinyon Coastal Mediterranean. Known for flying in the freshest seafood daily from the East, West, and Gulf Coasts, our restaurants are built around exceptional ingredients, thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and elevated experiences.

As General Manager, you'll own the entire multimillion-dollar restaurant operation and play a critical role in bringing Buck & Rider's culture, standards, and hospitality to Naples. We need a dynamic leader who builds great teams, creates accountability, protects standards, understands the numbers, and recognizes that hospitality happens one guest at a time.

Day in the Life

• Own the daily operation and performance of a multimillion-dollar, extremely high-volume restaurant

• Lead the successful opening and stabilization of Buck & Rider Naples

• Build the leadership and hourly teams while establishing Buck & Rider culture and expectations from day one

• Train, coach, develop, and mentor Managers and hourly team members

• Set clear expectations for execution, hospitality, culture, and financial performance

• Be the ultimate driver of Buck & Rider brand standards

• Maintain a visible floor presence and lead during peak periods

• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and resolve concerns with urgency and genuine hospitality

• Partner closely with culinary leadership for seamless FOH and BOH execution

• Promote a strong, positive culture centered on respect, teamwork, and accountability

• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain exceptional restaurant talent

• Become a subject-matter expert for Toast, Restaurant365, Craftable, HotSchedules, and SevenRooms.

• Use operating data to strengthen scheduling, labor, reservations, inventory, and financial performance

• Ensure consistent execution of safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and operating procedures

• Build relationships in the Naples community and help establish Buck & Rider as a destination for locals and visitors

Requirements

• Significant General Manager or senior leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

• Proven ability to lead a multimillion-dollar restaurant operation

• New restaurant opening experience strongly preferred

• Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and retaining Managers and hourly teams

• Strong understanding of FOH operations and effective partnership with BOH leadership

• Genuine passion for hospitality and memorable guest experiences

• Strong financial acumen across sales, labor, budgets, operating expenses, and profitability

• Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Diligent work ethic, strong sense of urgency, and composure in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to establish expectations, create accountability, and maintain exceptionally high standards

• Positive, energetic leadership style with uncompromising attention to detail

• Ability to work a flexible hospitality schedule based on restaurant needs

The Ideal Candidate

You're the kind of General Manager who knows great restaurants are built through people. You can walk into a busy dining room and see everything at once - the guest who needs attention, the Manager who needs coaching, the host stand beginning to back up, and the operational detail that needs to be corrected before it becomes tomorrow's problem.

You understand the numbers, but never forget restaurants are ultimately a people business. You develop Managers instead of simply managing them, set high expectations, coach consistently, recognize great performance, and create accountability when standards aren't being met.

Most importantly, you're energized by opening restaurants - recruiting, training, rehearsals, systems, first guests, the first packed weekend, and the moment a collection of newly hired people becomes a team.
