Description of the Role:

The Sales Manager at Superior Ford will play a crucial role in driving the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets. This position requires a dynamic individual with proven sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with the management team to create effective sales campaigns

Requirements:

2+ years of sales management experience in the automotive industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Strong leadership and communication skills

Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year paid semi-monthly
