Opportunity Overview

Our organization is on the lookout for a Nurse Practitioner who is either Board-Certified or Board-Eligible to become a part of our collaborative and patient-focused Endocrinology team in Yuba City, California.

The Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) will oversee a group of patients dealing with chronic endocrine issues, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis. Key responsibilities will encompass conducting initial patient assessments, follow-up consultations, managing medications, and providing patient education. You will collaborate closely with a seasoned endocrinologist and benefit from a robust support team, which includes Medical Assistants and diabetes educators. This role is perfect for a driven NP who appreciates teamwork, independence, and a balanced lifestyle.
