Asset Manager - Affordable Housing Compliance & Partnerships

New Hampshire Housing is seeking an Asset Manager for the Multifamily Housing Division to oversee affordable properties and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules. This role focuses on MORs, financial risk assessment, and strong owner/management agent partnerships. Initial six months are in-office with possible remote work later, depending on performance.
