This part-time role supports two properties with 113 units total, handling LIHTC annual recertifications, leasing duties, and day-to-day office tasks. The candidate should have OneSite and LIHTC recertification experience, strong organization, and solid communication skills. COS or C3P credentials are preferred for affordable housing work.
