About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of LIHTC Asset Management to lead the strategic management of a portfolio of affordable housing assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a growing team and ensuring compliance with LIHTC program requirements and other regulatory standards. This role involves the development and implementation of asset management strategies to optimize property performance, as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, syndicators, and investors. The SVP will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and operational efficiency, providing mentorship to the property management team, and analyzing financial performance to meet investment goals. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of LIHTC Asset Management position at the company should have extensive experience in LIHTC affordable housing asset management and a strong knowledge of banking or syndication within the financial services industry.
