About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Third Party Relationship Management. This executive leader will be responsible for establishing the global strategic direction, governance framework, and operating model for the company's third-party administrator platform. The role involves serving as the senior sponsor for critical administrator relationships, ensuring alignment between service providers and business objectives, and driving enterprise-wide operational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in private markets, alternatives, fund administration, or asset servicing, with a focus on enhancing client experience and driving long-term growth. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in the relevant fields, with a proven track record of building and driving enterprise operating strategies. The role requires close collaboration with executive leadership across various functions and the ability to influence decision-making. Key responsibilities include defining and leading enterprise governance frameworks, negotiating strategic service agreements, and driving modernization efforts through technology and innovation. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building and leading high-performing global teams, mentoring team members, and championing a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
